With facilities across Australia and New Zealand, XLAM are making it easier and faster to get prefabricated mass timber supplies to site. As Australasia’s first CLT (cross laminated timber) manufacturer, and Australia’s largest supplier of GLT (glue laminated timber), they lead the way and making mass timber accessible.
For over a decade, XLAM have been at forefront of CLT and GLT supply in the southern hemisphere, completing more than 1,000 builds spanning aged care, commercial, education, commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

A true leader in CLT production, our manufacturing sites reflect global best practice in mass timber production.
XLAM’s 16,000m2 automated manufacturing facility in Wodonga and production site in Auckland have the capacity to reliably supply 60,000m3 of CLT each year. As XLAM is a part of the Hyne Group, our production sites benefit from the security of raw materials supplied by sister business, Hyne Timber which provides reliable access to high-quality timber for our presses.
Panels produced can measure up to 16m long and 3.4m wide, making them ideal for single storey, mid-rise and high-rise applications. Production sites are fitted with CNC machines for optimum precision and detailed finishing.
